Shame this is the same day as Gaydon (BMWCC GB National). I'm going there this year.

I heard there are disruptions at Junction 24, M1 for several weeks, A453 widening and going across the roundabout. Do you know if the whole junction is closed or will I still be able to get off M1 at that junction?

At present you can get off at j24 but suggest j23, A512 follow signs for shepshed, at first set of lights turn right, then straight over painted roundabout, follow road till you get to the petrol station on right, take road slightly left after crossing (Kirk hill) down to the centre of shepshed. Go straight over roundabout follow signs for Hathern, next mini painted roundabout turn right, follow road out of Shepshed and go under M1 bridge, we are on the left.
We are travelling down to Cardiff via Chester so will try and attend on way down
