I made it to the National Meet in the Lakes last year. That was further.
One of my best mates lives in Birmingham, will stay over and see her too if I come to this.

OP said open 10:30-4:30. I was thinking of arriving at 11. People usually prefer to meet earlier in case they have to run back to their wives

Meet at 9 o'clock for coffee and bacon sarnie and leave for Leicester at 10.

Hmmm. Summer holiday looking doubtful right now, so I might get up early and totter on up for this one just to meet some people I've never met before... And give Lux some abuse in person of course :D
