Midland Breakfast Meet - Sunday 2nd

I've not seen anything specific Z4 this time and nobody here has booked a stand.

I'm just turning up as 'Billy no Mates' and joining the VX guys. Frankly I'll be able to look at exotica instead of talking Zeds, for a change.

I'll be there at 9.00 if anyone turns up. Say 'Hi if you see me - Sterling 3.0i with a few mods shoudl make it obvious

Made a nice Sunday morning out.
Ozzie's smart black coupe and a neat Alpina for the Z4's

I was granted honorary membership of the VX220 club for the morning

Few shots:

Today's WTF award is a close run between this Mondeo based pre production prototype:

and a twin engined nitrous Reliant Kitten that IIRC runs low 10's

OK and one or two more proper cars to finish on:

and best looking rear of the day:

That Mondeo based prototype. Please tell them to get someone to redesign it's looks

I see plenty of concept/prototype cars, obviously designed by amateur engineers, but jeez, that is up there with the best of them

TVR's on the other hand, mmmmmmmmm :)

In the flesh it looked even more unusual and very rear end heavy. I believe it's inspired by the Phantom jet fighter albeit with Volvo lights.
Long live UK creative individuality, but I don't see this as a world beater.

Ahhhhh.......plastic pig's......such fantastic memories.......................haha...........

Who's is the Alpina? Was that on the end of our row when we all went a few months ago?
I want one!
