Well, I enjoyed it - and the breakfast.

A bit chilly so indoors for food, but soon - I hope - there will be some pictures of the gathering.

No prices for guessing which is me.

Looking forward to the next one

Yes a great morning and nice to see everyone at breakfast. Thanks to all who came along.

Also managed to find some lovely quiet sweeping country roads on the way there too. :driving:
Here are some basic i-phone shots until the Pro's post theirs later :

Looks like a hearty breakfast meet, ah hahh me ship mates.
it was, but if like me you decided not to have the double everything :o a "small" breakfast was only £3.50 - bargain

IMHO it should be a monthly meet, we'd soon fill the car park(s) :driving:

....Not if they wont take a table booking. We were lucky to get a table yesterday !

There is always the monthly Haynes Breakfast club and that provides a good hours drive too.

95 miles from me and at 1hr 45mins - most of it on the M5 ......... boring :x

I'll give it a miss if it's all the same to you

Did you try and pre-book? They seemed accommodating

Yes, I did try and they wouldn't. (They obviously weren't full either). - All of my meets are meticulously planned....

Nothing wrong with the A46 down to Bath and the A36 to Salisbury. A37 and A38 back up. Good roads at dawn when they're empty. Our group often manage a 2 hour drive out and 2 hours drive back on Sundays somewhere,.... just for the hell of it !
:driving:

PS. 95 miles on the M5 in 1hr 45 mins ?? ...... You definitely ain't driving fast enough

LOL  It's not all on the M5 ...

Google maps ... she says: -

13 mins across town to get to M5 south junction [which is a laff in itself]
93 mins on the M5 [70mph don't forget], zzzzzzzzzzzzz
39 mins on the A road to Haynes

So it may be possible to gain a bit of time on the M5 :driving:
