Finally changed my softop motor, it had been taking a bath in 3 inches of water :(

Got the new motor in and all connected back up. Only problem I have now though is that durning disassembly of the parcell shelf I must have moved the trigger for the microswitch. If I press it manually the hood works. Does anyone have a picture/diagram of how the parcel shelf triggers the microswitch?
 
No diagram, but there is a prong on the leading edge of the tray that slides up and down the groove where the micro switch is located. Is the prong intact and located in the channel?
 
Thanks for your help. I got it sorted, the pin had bent a little. Perfect weekend to get the roof sorted :)
