Having spent some time looking for a softshell for driving in winter with roof down, I think I found a bargain this week.
£17 from Costco in either black, blue or red, a real bargain vs the Northface & Jack Wolfskin ones I was looking at for £100+
Sure, there is no external branding, but I'm in the car not a fashion show & fits just as well as the premium brands.
Also not the humiliation I felt in Northface Carnaby St when the sales chap talked to me about all the great benefits of the jacket, asking me what I was going to use it for. His face of shame when I answered that it was to keep my neck and arms warm when driving with the roof down is something that will haunt me for years
