Michelin CrossClimate 3 Sport - beware

Just had 275/40/20 CC3 Sport fitted to the rear of my iX3 to replace the CC2s and have exact same issue as OP. The rim protector is non-existent and the tyre looks stretched. Not thrilled tbh but it looks like its designed this way rather than being poorly fitted.
 
Just an update on the cross climate 3 sport for Audi tt 245/35r19. Went through warranty and they replacing the tyre for same ones so hopefully next ones are fine. Was mission to process the warranty as asking for lots of pictures.

@Sora, that's a good result, certainly better than the one I got from Michelin when I complained, though they were not as bad on as yours. Question is what are you going to replace them with?

Replacing with the same ones 😩😭 I even said just give me the cross climate 2 they said got to be like for like. I have said that if same thing happens again your having them back and we’re replacing with something else otherwise it’s gonna have to be a credit card claim for faulty goods.
