Was he in Paisley or Motherwell when this happened as it's a regular occurrence on a Saturday night when the pubs and clubs empty out here in Scotland.

dogfighting....yeah, but dog abuse and murder based on a "culturally accepted level" is cruelty to animals and illegal, nevermind all the other charges.

Nah, sentencing guidelines (esp in Federal cases) tend to take a bit of time after verdict. Judges also need job justification. :roll:
