MHD V10 Maps now out for 35i/35is and other N54 lovers

For those that are interested V10 is now out, early reports seem impressed with the 'smoothness' of the tunes.

Flashed mine today as part of fitting my B58 coil upgrade kit, not had a chance to try it yet.

Went with stage 2+, one stage colder plugs, B58 coil kit and 98 RON fuel, plus the linear thottle and the M throttle loag..ie none, re-gapped the plugs from 30 thou to 25 thou..

Will visit the dyno boys next week to see what gives. :thumbsup:

Its not that bad, the Jeep which still has old fashioned cable connection is touchier.

Probably not best to be driving in wellies though.. :tumbleweed: :rofl:
 
Just flashed mine this morning. Quick drive seems to suggest it’s smoother than V9 and works well with the xHP flash on the DCT.

I see some folks are not happy with it on the MHD FB pages.

Will be interested to see your dyno maps.
 
Went to visit my favourite Dyno boys in Sunderland today.

We dynoed V10 stage 2+ vs V9 stage 2+ and also V10 satge 2+ with airbox lid off ie no intake restriction and lid on but no air filter to see what impacts. Essentially no air box buys you 8 bhp and no filter buys you 4 BHP.

V10 although no peak horsepower had over 100 nm (at the widest point) more torque.

Looks like the stock turbos at 55k miles at those levels maybe running out of puff.
