If you're after the wiring for the buttons to function (via the light module), then BMW sell them still. At least they did when I bought one a couple of months ago. Otherwise I think there are some people on eBay that replicate.
If you mean the 2 x plugged wires that going into the back of the wheel, then I have no idea I'm afraid.

To clarify, Brian has the wiring that goes round the bottom of the wheel, linking left to right buttons. He also has the standard airbag wiring.
What is missing is the short length of red, white and blue wires that go from the right buttons to the plug socket on the right side of the slip ring.
