MFSW - What can it do?

I'm pretty sure I have the M Sport MFSW. Quite a thick wheel with buttons that control the radio (seems to be about it).

Can it be programmed to do anything else? I don't have BT or Nav, so am i just limited to the radio?

It can be programmed with an intravee from within the car but otherwise not.
