MFSW = £145 incl (full kit, buttons, cables and all)
Cruise Control = £63 incl

It doesn't break the MFSW kit down to the itemized parts, so you'd have to ring them for a price for the covers.

Looks good, will try and take a picture next to the CF Leather dash before I fit

So was it enough CF to cover the whole handle?
 
More than enough it's 125cm x 20cm = .25m sq

So as long as no panel is more than 125cm I reckon you could do the interior trim for £50
