I think I may have figured it out finally!
I think my brake pad is loose in the holder as I have been scouring youtube and the only videos that sound the same as mine is loose brake pads due to fitting incorrectly so i will be going back to Selectatyre to get them to check them for me as I only had them done a few months ago :)
Could try getting someone to apply the brake while you rattle the wheel again, to see if it goes away?
When you say loose, do you mean no retaining clip fitted, or maybe that the caliper is seized?

I'm assuming the clip is not bent out enough to give tension but this video sounds exactly how mine sounds :)

Ok so the pad was only slightly loose so fitted the clip again and it's solid and went for a drive to test and it happened again haha
Sooooo I jacked it up again and finally found the culprit it's the rear heat plate shield which I'm assuming is only there to protect long grass etc from burning on the exhaust? Not really sure if it's needed? Anyway the 2 bolts at the back have sheared off so it flaps and hits the top when going over bumps...so what's the best plan on this? Either remove or is there a way to secure it? Or do I just get a new one?

You could just avoid bumps!! When you say bolts sheared off is it possible to drill out (use a tap out) the old ones and replace with new ones? This assumes the bolt head sheared off?
