Not that it probably matters so much on leather seats, but my Gran always found it easier to get in and out of my car (albeit, it was a 318) if she sat on a plastic shopping bag. It made it easier for her to slide her legs round without battling with the friction on the seat.

Update: My Gran can get in and out alright :thumbsup:

Mum's off to try a deal soon - she phoned the dealer earlier but the salesman is off today, so tomorrow!
 
it is about time she got herself a fun car :P years of largeish family cars (all Vauxhall :o) even years after my sister and I moved out - time for some fun 8)
 
Just thought Id drop in and say the deal is done. Mum is the proud new owner of that SLK200, got a reasonable deal on it too :driving:
