Merc SLK? Girlie car?

If you have red seat belts, the dash will be red as well as the steering wheel then?
 
I looked at the new shape before I went for mine - I like it. I didn't like the older shape - that is girlie. Not sure what's wrong with red seat belts though. Bet they look good.

Get them removed. I am! I ordered car without them as its an option. Guess what dealer phones me today to say there are red belts.
Missus told them to bin it :poke:
Im waiting on them getting back to me as they are £1400 to change out as a retrofit.
They are horrible though!

Like the piping on the seats and gears etc and wheel but belts are :thumbsdown:

Car looks better than the old model and not quite so girlie, but bin the red belts and piping
 
They can't get this seat belt business right ... My brother is a nipper at 23 and wanted red seatbelts, ordered red seatbelts, got black ! Stunning car.

I'm seriously thinking about the SLK55 AMG as a contender for my next car.

360 bhp
Fast
The noise :)

Shame there's only 360bhp under the bonnet and not 500bhp like the old 5.5 V8.

Not keen on the non AMG versions.

A 5.4 V8 with only 360 BHP - apart from the noise (which is indeed ace), I'm struggling to see the point :? Why is the engine so big ?
