For those who knew Tim (MerBrook) on the forum.
I had a message from Tim's wife Yvonne, saying he sadly passed away yesterday after a long battle with pancreatic cancer.
Tim and Yvonne had been E86 and a E85 Alpina owners and has been in the forum family for 10 years.

Never really knew him, but saw a few posts.
Still extremely sad news. Please on my condolences as a fellow forum member. :(

Met him a few times on forum meets, lovely chap, very sad news.

Condolences to Yvonne and his family.

Did a couple of runs with Tim in his E85..nice chap…another sad story …the Big C keeps taking folks..

Horrible news.

When will scientists across the world get together as they did with Covid and find a cure?

“Cancer” is so many different things with so many different causes, so that’s never going to happen, sadly.

Didn't know him other than reading some of his posts but still sorry to hear this, please pass on my condolences

I never met him, but remember his posts.

Sad news indeed, and my condolences go to his family and friends.

I only have the same to say as has already been said that I have read many posts that he had been involved with and send my condolences to his wife and family .

You never know what is round the next bend. Really sad news. Condolences to the family..

I met Tim & Yvonne a number of times at AV8 meets. Tim was a lovely chap and will be sadly missed from both the Forum and the Alpina clan.

My Heart felt condolences go to Yvonne and all the family.

Ive been talking to tim for a few years outside of the forum for a couple of years,...... tim was a bloody good man, we cried on the phone together a few years ago as we both tried to navigate our situations , he called me after i was diagnosed with cancer to get some advice on chemo...... we've kept in contact ever since. Tims wife messaged to say tim had passed away and tbh.... i don't even know what to say , seems like so much loss recently.

RIP tim..... absolute fighter.
