I'd had bad recommendations about Stirling BMW, but at the weekend a rear spring broke and they were the nearest one to get the work done. Must say they did a pretty good job and got the car back on the road pretty quickly - would have been great service if left at that. Bit disappointed they didn't tell me the car was ready until I phoned though. Turned a relaxed morning into a bit of a rush, picking up the car before running for a train! Had decent service from a couple of dealers now, only one has been shockingly bad (Elms Cambridge).
