I haven't kept on top of it and just checked back in to a lot of replies!.

Sounds like a good number of you are free and up for a meet, the Betsy is a good shout!. I have a couple of other options also.

What dates work best for people ?

I'm going to suggest Sunday the 4th March , how does that work for people ?
Not restricted to just BMWs but it would be good ;-)

Hahaha! I think this is a touchy subject, you can be the judge if your Mrs will be fed up listening to car guys talking about cars or not lol.
There's a nice big shopping centre nearby..

Has this time been set with the pub / going to be set closer to the time? I'm sure they wouldn't have any issue accommodating us, but they might be able to set aside an a part of the car park for aesthetics and photos?... :thumbsup:
