I've never had a fish finger sandwich
Ruby, you're missing out!

But in order to answer you I of course need to include a car reference (this being a car forum after all).

Ingredients
2 x thick slices of fresh bloomer bread
4 x breadcrumb cod fish fingers (best you can find)
Butter for spreading
1 x tablespoon tomato ketchup (Heinz)
4 x replacement E85 suspension springs

Method
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees
Butter the bread
Cook the fish fingers in the middle shelf for 15 minutes, turning carefully halfway through
Place fish fingers on one slice of bread and cover in the ketchup
Lay second slice of bread butter side down on top of the fish fingers
Cut into two
Eat while hot and look at the suspension springs wondering if you'll ever add your name to 'that list'
