Meguiars headlight restorer

Has anyone used meguiars headlight restorer? I've used the 3m one and was impressed but I've now got another z4 and need to do these ones. Halford do the megs one and wondered if it was any good compared with the 3m kit?

Save yer money & use a bit of toothpaste, I did this on an old KA that had an advisory on the MOT for a cloudy headlight - came up a treat plus you get mint smelling headlights

Spotted this at Halfords and wondered, as my lights could do with some work. £25 for a cloth and some 'paste' with abrasion, it can be done a lot cheaper!

I used a cheap one called Formula One from eBay, haven't ever tried anything else but done the job for me!

Tried that on mine, didn't work.

I then bought the 3M kit and they're perfect now.
