I also love the sequence around 3m - if that is real time that is insanely fast!

The way Mclaren are treating this Nurburgring lap time I think is genius. They know this thing has annihilated the 918's time but in true British understatement they are refusing to be specific. Love it. The rumour on PH was 6.39 I think.

They also know, that if they publish an official lap time, Ferrari will drive La Fast Italian Thing, around and around the Green Hell until it's beaten. Great game of chicken. So I think Porsche were the clever ones to get in there first and leave the others to play chicken.

Great entertainment for all us mortals though.
