Latest Car magazine compares McLaren with Ferrari 458. The waiting list of Ferrari is currently 2 years. People are paying £30k premium to have the car this year. They look so good, it would be hard to choose which one to buy (if I won the lottery tonight).

I prefer the exterior style of the McLaren (the operation of the doors are like McLaren F1). I'm not sure about the front headlights of the Ferrari, and its 3-pipe exhaust system.

Mclaren for me has no soul, Mclaren as a brand are just too geeky. im sick of reading interviews with ron dennis and him talking like a robot about lightness, functionality etc etc, a supercar is supposed to be extreme isnt it?. i have to admit i would choose a lambo over a ferrari any day of the week but out of the 2 cars it would be the one with the most soul and passion, the 458 without a doubt.

And have you seen the jap style interior of the Mclaren?
