Spend £200,000 on your supercar then take it to the £5 a time hand car wash :cry:

Saw it near Woking the other day. 'MCL 1' is McLaren's plate so more than likely a press car and the journalist returning it clean!
 
What is wrong with people. A sponge on a car like that.

If it's a press car then I suppose he/she doesn't care.
 
Oh that's got nothing on what I saw a little while back... Ferrari F12 Berlinetta getting a hand wash in Tesco Car Park, if the owner wasn't sat shouting at the guys cos the number plate that was on with sticky tabs fell off I would've taken a picture!

Sorry, on the forum where I grew up the racist comment is legendary.

Any mention of a colour, religion or even dialect, the racism card is played.

I'm fortunate enough to live near a town (Midhurst) which seems to be part of the regular test route for McLaren. Over the last few months we have been treated many times to the sight of an £860,000+ McLaren P1 supercar parked in a corner at the BP garage just down the road, while the driver has a well earned coffee before his arduous task of driving back to Woking (hands up who wants his job!). It'll be a relief to all that I can happily report that I have never seen them drive this amazing car through the garage carwash.
 
Love it when they start from the bottom and drag all the grit across the paintwork, yet she still insists on going to them...in her car, not the ZED!
 
Last year I seen some smackheads washing a 458 italia. Instead of a bucket they had a little old wheelie bin filled with water and cheap dish washing fluid. To be fair it might not of been the owners fault as they are well known to wash peoples cars without them knowing and then try to charge them when they arrive back to there car.
 
I hope it goes there every day for a wash. Then it will need a re-spray. Surely they won't make the same colour mistake twice? :o
