McDonalds or Burger King?

McD's, although only for the vanilla shakes. Every time I've tried a McD burger, have just felt ill afterwards. BK? Don't do proper milkshakes... Have been to Nandos (when drunk), Taco Bell (when drunk), KFC (when drunk)......... can see a theme here.

I have to agree McD's mikeshake is the best. But I haven't had one for long time.

Neither, think I have eaten at once at McDonalds, it was the most disgusting thing I have ever eaten.
BK is nowhere near as good as it used to be as is KFC it went downhill after it stopped being Kentucky Fried Chicken their spare ribs where great.

Personally I'd rather have Fish & Chips, but only then a few times a year.

Oh my god, finally I have found someone else who remembers the colonels spare ribs! I used to love them as a child.

I've just returned from a quick trip back to the UK and am pleased to report I didn't feel the need to go near any of them!

However I did eat at least one of everything they sell at Prets in the 6 days I was there... :-)

Prets is amazing! I love their sandwiches. Laden with cals though for sure. I didn't know you had Wags in Oz?

Pret? Brie & chutney? Give me cheese & pickle, any day. Not a fan of all the sauces they add to their ham, tuna etc.

Tapatalking...

Wagamamas are all over the place here. Without doubt our favourite family restaurant. The best burgers here come from a place called Grill'd.

The one thing that is missing are decent takeaway sandwiches, hence me gorging myself on Prets whilst in the UK. I also picked up the M&S Christmas food catalogue for when we're back for Christmas and New Year in a few weeks time...can't wait :-)

A Pret Crayfish and Rocket sandwich is a thing of beauty...

lol, those were days, I remember sitting outside the Kentucky in Stockton on my Kawasaki AR125LC eating proper ribs covered in a sticky BBQ sauce, envious of mates Z550, I was only 17 at the time.

Wimpy used to do a good burger. Only a year to two ago we stopped at one on the M6/M74 and it was really good.

Wimpy.... used to be one at the bowling near me. Those were the days :D

Sadly, the bowling, wimpy etc are now closed

Hey - we have a Wimpy and a bowling alley in Barnstaple. Its because we're behind the times and haven't caught up yet with the world...and closed them!!!!
