Mayo in cap! Am I screwed?

I've just found the dreaded mayo in my oil cap. I always do decent runs when driving the car and no short trips. I've had no coolant loss, the dip stick seems ok and everything seems normal although I have been putting more oil in recently. What should I be doing next do we reckon?
Photo attached.

TIA

That’s not unusual if the car is left standing for long periods, rather than regular daily use.

I’ve seen it on a few of mine which may only get used once every 2-3 weeks.

I concur.
Even if it gets a long run to clear it out, leaving it standing for a while in cold weather lets condensation build up again.
However, as Stuart says, it will build up in the CCV and eventually cause other issues.
I'd monitor it and see what happens when the weather warms up a bit.

Yep, I had a bad case. Sorted the CCV and all the mayo went away. Fine ever since.

Ahh interesting. Yeah the car only gets driven maybe once every two weeks ish. This is all reassuring thanks everyone for the advice thats eased my mind. I'll keep an eye on it and hope it clears itself or look at changing the CCV system.

The fact you’re putting more oil into the engine’s also a smoking gun for ccv problems.
