May be time to lose the Z4...

Hey gang, well the wife and I took the 135i for a test drive this morning and all I can say, damn, what a blast. We currently have a 2006 Z4 2.5si (manual) and a 2007 120i hatch auto which we both really enjoy but since moving from the 'burbs to the city to an apartment, the need for two cars is really no longer there, so we're toying with the idea of down-sizing to one car but one that satisfies both our needs and wants, but we found out that we'd be looking at least at a Feb or Mar build with delivery 6-10 weeks after that, so almost 12 months from today!!

Is anyone else out there thinking about getting a 135?

Fantastic car for sure (if you can forgive the looks), but won't you miss being able to drop the top on a sunny day?

Could well do so I'm not rushing into any decision - besides it's a lifestyle thing and our govt has just increased the luxury car tax to 33% from 25% so this may slow people down a bit and may cause us to think about keeping what we have. Hey, I got plenty of time to mull over this if the lead time is almost a year so in the meantime, we can continue to enjoy our driving.
