Sold to Torpalasse
I spotted a splitter in a facebook group the other day and spoke with Andrew (the seller) and drove about an hour & 10 mins to collect. I knew it was the pre-facelift splitter and took a bit of a gamble... in this instance it didn't pan out. I recently collected a facelift front bumper from a forum member here, and am in the process of spraying it etc. I had hoped this would fit and not be too different, however after speaking with Maxton Design, I've decided it's best that I get a proper "facelift" splitter and not bodge this one to fit.
Andrew (Original seller on facebook) had bought this, and then sold the car. It was Brand new in the box when I collected it - not even the box had been opened. I have opened the box to inspect it, but the splitter itself is still in it's unopened plastic wrapper
This is the textured black version I believe (hard to tell through the plastic & I don't want to open it) with a RED stripe (The Red stripe is like a long piece of tape or something that you attach/affix - it does not come pre-attached - for those that don't want it
. These sell on the Maxton site for £127 + £15 delivery.
I'm looking to simply get back what I paid for it, which was £80. This is the "collected" price - from Cambridge CB22.
I am happy to post, but sadly as I am an individual and not a business, the cheapest delivery I've found was £26 including £100 insurance. So the price delivered is £106. If you're happy to waive the insurance, the postage costs drops to £17 so would be £97 delivered - that's buyers choice.
