Maxton Design parts

Just probing the community to see if anyone knows or can vouch for the quality of Maxton Design parts? I'm considering rear lip spoiler, front splitter, side skirt extensions, and rear diffuser for my coupe and want to know if they're worth their weight in gold (or brass, or whatever pound coins are made from these days...) ?

Had a Maxton Splitter but took it off as it was scraping on speed bumps.

As decent as a bit of plastic can be.

Fitted the version 1 splitter only last night. As above it’s black plastic, but nice and perfect fit. Really lifts the front look but let’s see how long before I catch it on something

I like the idea of the e86 rear diffuser thats on the maxton website. Its hard to get a clear of idea of what it looks like as the picture is pretty poor.

Nothing wrong with it at all. But its an expensive bit of plastic.

I helped fit some maxton side skirt extensions to a focus st. They seemed pretty well made. They fitted nicely and looked pretty good. I quite like the boot lip spoiler........he's says heading off to the website.......

I have the front splitter, side skirt and rear parts. They look pretty well made and fit nicely. I’ll take some better pics later

Any more pics? Curious how it looks from a side profile!

Not the best pics to see the splitter but you get the idea

Anyone fitted the "Racing" rear diffuser for the facelift model? I'm keen to see how that works, and the website pic isn't the most descriptive thing in the world!

I wish there would be a group buy on this. I'm keen on one too..

They had 20% off all maxton design parts on their eBay shop a few weeks ago. Might be worth keeping an eye on ebay, just incase the discount pops up again

That's a good shout. I'll have to search out their eBay shop. Thanks!

Front splitter is a good fit for the front bumper. I broke my first one, fitted a new one this morning. They are fairly robust and will withstand bumps and scrapes, mine dug on on a gravel driveway and broke. Picture is the first one.20181028_122214_HDR.jpg

Looks good! Is that the "Racing" one? or their standard facelift splitter?

Exact same price on both, isn't it??

No, there's an extra £13 charge for the gloss option on the website. I half expected a textured black one to turn up, but it's gloss.
