Matte black kidney grilles

Has anyone bought these off Ebay please? is the quality/fit/etc. any good please?

Mine are matte black but with the Chrome online - I know on a whole car it doesn't show much but I think teh all matte black look is very smart

I did mine myself over 2 yrs ago. Scotch pad, light sanding and a good 3-4 coats of a quality Matte paint. There's inly now a few very small chips, which means a recoat soon.

thanks, but those are for an E86 not an E89 - I assume (perhaps wrongly?) that they are different?

Best bet in that case is to post your query on the E89 forum rather than the E85/E86 one!

1. The seller of the grilles what do you mean by mesh? Any pics?

2. Anyone have pics of a matt black grill on an E85 which is Sterling Grey?

The car is stinking needs a wash. They have over done over 4k miles. And you can only just now see a few stone chips.
A quick sand couple more coats, more miles, and for no money.
