Matt silver/aluminium calliper paint?

Does anyone have any recommendations for a Matt aluminium / Silver finish high temperature calliper paint?

Going to replace the rear pads and disks, so thought it would be sensible to clean up the callipers at the same time.

Not a big fan of bright calliper paints, so looking for subtle and O.E. Ish looking, figure Matt aluminium should be ok?

As well as more expensive special Caliper paints, many people have recommended Hammerite. I just did one of mine in “hammered copper” and it looked dreadful (against Monaco blue), so I’ve redone it in black. I agree a Matt aluminium would probably look fine with most colours.

I did mine a few months ago with Foliatec. They do a good range of colors and its easy to apply.

DemonTweeks stock it at a great price https://www.demon-tweeks.com/uk/foliatec-brake-caliper-paint-and-engine-lacquer-243118/

Thanks for the input,

I’ve cleaned then with a wire brush drill attachment and they’ve come up quite well. I’m going to see how I feel about it tomorrow, but I’m quite liking the ‘clean’ bare metal factory look.... so I might just try and ceramic coat them and put them back on without painting them.
