MASSIVE FITNESS SALE

That is absurdly cheap. That said, you get what you pay for, and I wouldn't personally touch a protein powder that retails for less than the wholesale cost of 80% WPC, or contains soy, and especially not one that contains glycine. I know someone who asked these guys what proportion of each protein source was in the blend and how much glycine they added - they responded a couple of times with marketing nonsense but no actual answers, then ignored him. Who knows how much actual usable protein is in it, but it ain't the amount they say it is. They're a business at the end of the day, not a charity. If they can make money peddling this stuff at the price they do, it's at least proportionately crapper as it is cheaper than everything else.

No issues with the gains i've had from Olympus Health. Im on my 3rd 5kg tub now and won't buy anywhere else now.

I have consumed many many types of premium blends from USN, SCI-MX, GOLD, etc... and never saw the gains from those brands that I have with this product and I train hard, well and consider myself to be in good physical shape. I have a few fitness modelling contracts under my belt and 3-4 front covers of various magazines so I wouldn't say im not knowledgeable on the subject and I agree with what you're saying, you do get what you pay for (in some cases) but i've not had any issues with this brand. ever.

It's your fivers, buddy. The fact is that adding glycine makes the protein content appear higher on a test that it actually is, glycine is clearly stated on the label and they won't disclose in what quantity. There are class action lawsuits ongoing for spiking protein content with glycine. They also won't disclose how much soy is in it, but that used to be at the bottom of the list of protein sources when they first started selling it, and now it's at the top. I personally would not touch this stuff or anything from the company and I'm continually amazed that anyone would, but there we are, it's not my money.
