My wife is a contracting officer with the US Government.
I've had several careers. In the US Air force. I was an electronics tech. & targeting specialist working on Minuteman nuclear missiles. Retired from that. Then of all things. I started a lorry company and contracted my services to FedEx. Sold that. Then started working at a motorcycle shop. Wife & I had an opportunity to come to Europe with her work. So I'm now a house husband. As it's illegal for me to work in Germany.
And we have always had a rule that anything more than a casual conversation about work is not allowed. Except for unusual circumstances. Been married for 27 years.
