Manual vs electric seats sitting height

Is it true that you can lower non electric seats to a certain lower position than electric? Talking bout non-M vs non-M.
How about switching my electric standard to non electric sports. Difference in sitting height is significiant? or none

I’ve heard this about other BMW models too.

However I feel like it is more forum folklore than a certified fact.
 
Didn’t even notice much of a seat height reduction when I put in the Pole Positions.

The only way it would have got any lower was if I removed the adjustable floor mounts and slider. But they it would be stuck in one position when I’m driving, and I tend to have it further forward when on track.
 
I’m pretty sure my manual seats went a fair bit lower than the m sport electric seats I retrofitted in my previous zed. I have my seats as low as they go and noticed a different once fitted.
 
The electric E46 M3 seats definitely sit higher than the Z4 electric seats, so I wouldn't rule out the possibility of electric Z4 seats and manual Z4 seats being different to each other in this respect.
 
The reaseon why am asking is pretty serious. I helped myself with a little sheet scratched in paint. Take a look at my case because you seem not to understand the seriousness of the situation :evil:
I am 6'1" (185 cm) btw. Right now I am sitting with my legs in like inverted V letter shape insead of getting them straight. It is impossible to have my legs like that (like in a proper sports car) because then my head is above the roof and it looks hilarious.

Can't really say anything about electric seats. However the manual m-sport seats give me more than enough room 1.91m.. Or perhaps I've just gotten used to being in cramped seats :rofl:
