Apologies if this has come up before but I recently bought a 2005 2.0 and have a problem with the roof. The roof (manually operated no motor) opens fine but when trying to lock it open, the roof won't lock and therefore pops up. I have managed once to open it and lock it (with significant force) however this was in the show room and haven't been able to since bringing it home. The locking mechanism seems to click in but then pops straight out again. I'm not sure if there is a problem with the clasp or alignment of the roof as it folds down.
I did notice that when the roof was down and locked, one side was a fair bit higher than the other, not sure if this helps with diagnosing/fixing the problem.
