Hi all, well decided after a few changes in my life to move to centre of Manchester.

Currently hunting for a nice apartment that will be home to me & the Z4 & Golf! Unfortunately no more cosy heated garage for the Z...

Anyhow if anyone has any suggestions on a main dealer to look after the Z in / around Manchester it will be appreciated. I'm also looking at a good health club & tennis club.

Off there tomorrow to see some apartments etc - such a great city.

Hopefuly there will be a few more Z owners in Manchester; I only see 1 a month around here (mid-Wales).

It was added especially for you Taz X - but the others in the franchise are worse. Don't even think God's powerful enough to fix all the issues I'd have with that group of dealerships. :headbang:

At least my warranty is up in December and I'll be able to forego any more visits to ay of them :thumbsup:
 
Yep, insurance going up from £1100 to over £2k (for both), plus £100pcm more for an extra parking space.

I chose Manchester as it both suits work and also have a few friends there - I'm home based but travel to London & overseas regularly, and Mcr has great transport links.

Unfortunately the Z has to be serviced at a main dealer for the extended warranty, but could travel as far as Chester for servicing.

Next challenge is working out how to clean the Z living in an apartment block - prob best to keep it just for dry weather & make friends with a mobile detailer..I'll also get a car cover.
 
Williams in Stokport have been OK with me , just had MOT today cost £2.83 for a new bulb, the MOT was FOC as my Zed was a BMW approved used from the 12 months ago.
