Manchester Arena explosion

At an Ariana Grande gig, several fatalities. The obvious springs to mind, but who knows yet. If it is then these bastards will stop at nothing, it's horrific.

Disgusting we as a country need to stop this anyone involved with these bunch of -------- need to be removed from our waters. This will continue to happen unless we change our stance :x

Was just listening to more of this in the car, the way the population of manchester responded is a credit to how the people in this country come together. People offering their homes to support those impacted and all the other good. Lets hope that is the overriding story and not the sorry excuse for a person that caused it

Deliberately targeting children! How can these B@stards be so evil and then believe they will be rewarded for it in the afterlife. Hope the sick, evil, brainwashed moron burns in hell!

The mood is very positive, people are rallying together helping each other. Blood drives are being organised, missing persons help lines, police everywhere.

Such a terrible tragedy has everyone in Manchester on edge. At the moment the city centre is pretty much closed down, theres a 2 mile road block still around the MEN, Victoria is closed and im sure many dont want to head toward Piccadilly. The GF has been given the day off she works in Spinningfields due to safety concerns.

The commute this morning was very quiet im sure many not wanting to be near the city centre.

22 confirmed dead including children and 59 injured.

There was a controlled explosion outside Cathedral garden which seemed to be a precaution.

Really upset tbh feels horrible. Everyone at work is very quiet trying to keep their heads down in work.

Woke up to this news. Shocking. Heart goes out to the families of the poor people killed

Totally despicable and dirty underhand terrorist act.
I was Officer in Charge at Gorton fire station yesterday and handed over to colleagues on Blue Watch at 7pm last night. No doubt they will have attended and along with all the other emergency services will have done a tremendous job in harrowing circumstances, but they will all be affected and it doesn't ever leave you.
I was driving one of the first appliances on scene when the IRA detonated the biggest terrorist bomb on mainland Britain in Manchester in 1996. Hundreds injured, total devastation, but no fatalities because at least the IRA gave a warning that allowed a huge number of people to be evacuated before the explosion.
My thoughts go out to the family and friends of those killed and injured and also all our emergency and NHS staff who are dealing with the aftermath.

Don’t fool yourself. Last night’s attack was due to decades of unjust foreign intervention, so promoting terrorism, in turn murdering innocent families. This isn’t going to stop. The so called 100 year war against the west, against us, will continue... Our government doesn’t care about collateral damage, us. All they care about is the almighty £ and which western bully to team up with in the pursuit of oil.

I came across the following quote this morning, it has helped make my mind up on who I will be voting for on the 8th June 2017

“When it comes down to our politicians, we make the same mistake time after time after time. We almost always vote for the candidate that tells us what we want to hear rather than what we need to hear”

Horrible. Deliberately targeting a concert which would be mostly young kids...WTF????

Whoever's name it's done in, whether it's this atrocity or any other so-called "cause", it's the action of a group of cowardly, deluded c*nts, nothing more noble than that.

No doubt the muslim community, once again, will be bleating "Not in our name" ... It's time they did something about it.

Well said kingfisher.
They all piss in the same pot so someone must have been aware what was about to happen
