Making the 2.0 louder - exhaust modification?

Has anyone removed the centre silencer on their 2.0? I'm having the tips changed to twin tips at a local exhaust place and was wondering if it's worth asking them to remove the centre silenser at the same time for a straight through pipe...

Hi mate, I had the quad conversion done on mine at a place called EMP based in St Albans, was £550 and sounds amazing!

Workmanship is so so good!

+1 one on this route.
I also had my Quad done at EMP, same price, same quality workmanship. That was 3-4 years ago now.
Looks better, sounds better,
but open up the floodgates to doing a million other mods to you car, i mean, why stop there.......

My 2.0 is going to DLV in a couple of weeks for the exhaust mod, cant wait.

Box has landed - Ironically, it's the same externally as the six cyl facelift boxes, with one inlet blanked off, and the twin pipes merged into one... Talk about going the extra mile to make sure people know it's only a 2.0! I'll know more regarding the internals once I fire the plasma cutter up tomorrow!

This box will be getting modded internally and converted to twin tailpipes at the same time, will post before and after videos.
