Cracking effort and look like they have turned out really well.
In reality they are largely hidden and have the door seal concealing the leading edge, so perfect items for a DIY manufacture to fill the gaping hole.

Granted - all that's needed is to find the 1 in 10 of the 1 in 10 who have a hardtop without covers, so somewhere in the UK there must be at least 2 people who qualify
Well just had a look in my car today and I am really happy with the way they worked out but realised I made them too small 
basically this is what happens if you try to make the template in the dark.
They cover the hole perfectly but what I really should have done is get them to fill the entire recessed area. May well go ahead and make some slightly larger ones that fill the full recess but for now they will do as they serve the main purpose of covering the holes and look so so so much better than it did without them in!
I'm just in the process of putting together all my photos into the step by step guide on how i made them so will be uploading a separate thread very soon

The easy way to copy these would surely be to vacuum form some plastic (lexan) around someones oem covers. Should give you a good profile, including the tab and then be easy to cut out and cover in fabric. You could possibly do the back side aswell, and then stick the front and back halves together.
