Making a Murderer, Netflix

Makes a total sham of the american justice system , , , , the young nephew i particularly felt for :(
Can only hope the recent awareness & exposure of the sorry tale will find the 2 behind bars free'd
Compelling viewing i found

Even allowing for the dramatisation of it on tv, the evidence of foul play is very strong. The Wisconsin Innocent Project are running his bid for freedom and I reckon they aren't bias and have probably seen more eveidence than the tv program shows. Innocent or otherwise, crazy, and compelling.

I feel sorry for the Nephew hes obviously got issues and i dont think he really knows what hes saying or agreeing to half the time.

Recently watched it myself, the whole thing was a mess, no presumption of innocence no chance of a fair trial, the prosecution press conferences were frankly ludicrous and don't get me started on the nephews first lawyer.

Really got me thinking about how the court system could be improved to ensure a truly fair trial, I know that's America but our system is very similar and it really shows how fallible it is

It reminded me of the OJ case back in the mid 90's. I lost faith in the American justice system back then - this just confirmed to me that nothing has changed. Trial by jury is a lottery

Compelling viewing wasn't it. It makes you wonder what the authorities are capable of.

I think the real murder is still out there. . .

If you search the net for more info it gets even worse than what the programme shows.
There are theories as to how the events really happened like why the cop phoned the station to ask about the reg of the missing car.
How could he see the reg of a car that wasnt found until a few days later?
They reckon he had to phone as he was off duty at the time and not in his cop car therefor couldnt use the radio.
