I have my letter of complaint ready to go. On BMW's website I can only find an online contact form as apposed to a physical address to write to. Following a little online searching I've come across this:

http://www.complaintsdepartment.com/bmw-uk-limited/

Is this the address I should be writing to?

Many thanks

Did a little digging, website says:
BMW Group UK is the sales, marketing and aftersales subsidiary of BMW AG. Headquartered in Farnborough, Hampshire, BMW Group UK is responsible for importing BMW vehicles into the UK and supplying them for sale through its independent Retailer network. BMW Group UK also has responsibility for all national marketing, advertising and aftersales activities for the BMW and MINI brands.

From companies house this seems to match up:

BMW (GB) LIMITED
c/o COMPANY SECRETARY
SUMMIT ONE
SUMMIT AVENUE
FARNBOROUGH
HAMPSHIRE
UNITED KINGDOM
GU14 0FB
Company No. 02907080

I could be wrong though!

I have extensive experience with this!!

You need to send it to....

BMW Group UK
Matthew Bacon
National Customer Service Manager
Customer Service - B1-UK-Z-2
Ellesfield Avenue
Bracknell RG12 8TA

I believe Steve is correct ok that one, I work in Farnborough and they have just opened a new HQ there.. Unless you have to complain someplace else in which case Carol may be correct

I would email the CEO of BMW UK - it's always best to go as high as possible.

[email protected]
01344 480207
07823 536813

Based at the ellesfield avenue address.

Don't f**k about with customer services. It will definitely get attention quickly if you plaster the CEOs name all over it. Put read receipts on and send the letter recorded.

Hope that helps

Make sure your letter has no spelling mistakes....if your post is anything to go by, I'd double check

Good luck with it.
