These are £140 brand new, which is a bit of a bargain to be honest.

Mine is used, but in excellent condition, so I’m thinking £75 collected would be a fair price (This is what a really basic, cheap entry level DA would cost). Comes with a backing plate for 5’’ Pads, but not pads or compounds. There is also a carry bag but it’s very basic.

Ideally collection from Bitton, Bristol.

Sensible offers considered and could probably box up and post

I’ve decided to upgrade, which is the only reason for sale

looks a decent bit of kit..I like the way the speed adjustment is easily accesible on the top..the location on the das 6 is a bit less user friendly..good buy for someone this

It a very effective DA, has a lot of the features of higher end machines such as the soft start trigger etc.

I’m not writing myself off, but I’m not getting any younger! ….I fancy a quieter, more premium, polishing experience.

I’ve still got my DAS 6 Pro, which I think I’ll use for 3’’ pads only. I’ve also got the SPTA mini polisher, which is a fabulous bit of kit. I’m trying to decide between a FLEX forced rotation machine or something from Rupes :)

I’ll leave this on here for a few days before sticking it on FB market place etc

Hi,

Any ideas on how much this might cost to post to Kent?

Hi, send me a PM with your postcode and I’ll get a rough quote. It’s about 18 months old, but it’s had limited use. I only detail my own cars.

For those interested, I have to go to London tomorrow morning and won’t be back until Wednesday night.

On this basis I won’t be able to post out until Thursday at the absolute earliest

I’ve just had a quick look at parcelforce and delivery would be circa £12.00 within mainland Uk insured up to £100.

I’ve not looked at parcelmonkey yet, so possibly cheaper again, but that gives a quick baseline figure.

Posting it here as had a couple of PM’s re delivery.

Quick update, I’ve had 2 offers for £80.00 posted, the one above and one by PM.

I’d be happy at £85 posted (payment by BT) as I’ve got the extra hassle of finding a box and some packaging, and physically going to the post office.

To be clear though, I won’t be able to send it until Thursday, possibly Friday, as away until tomorrow night.

Many thanks to both interested parties
