maintenance inspection II

Hi guys,

Does the factory maintenance/warranty period cover the cost of "Inspection II"? If not, what kind of money am I looking at here?

Also, is the Battery under warranty and be replaced for free under the 4 year / 50m coverage? I think the battery is starting to die, hesitation in start-ups and a "Yellow Car on a lift" indicator keeps on coming on/off.

I am bringing it to the dealer this weekend. Any advice is appreciated!

The maintenance inspection 2 is quite a bigger service, not sure of the prices in Canada but in the uk I think it's about £500, and not covered under warranty. The cars are condition based servicing so it depends on what the check says your car requires.
 
When your battery is dying many of us here take this opportunity to swap for a lightweight aftermarket one. Just one of those things! If you're going to a dealer at least all the costs will be made clear to you from the outset. :thumbsup:
 
ah - if i do buy an aftermarket battery, will there be any warranty issues if I don't go with the dealer ones?
