Machine Polish Needed - Midlands Area

I have a small scratch and a strange mark on the drivers wing, behind the side indicator. I'm not sure what caused it but it's not a deep scratch and the mark (size of thumb-print)also appears to have no paint damage (to the naked eye at least). Just wondering what is the best way of getting rid of these? I have tried a basic polish with no luck? Any advice welcome.IMG_0764_zpsymtbgjmr.jpg
 
Great, that sounds the cheaper option!! Would you say it would sort the finger-print type mark aswell? No idea what created it.
 
That looks like the handle bars of a push bike, on the end of the grips. Some little kid leaning to ride a bike!!
 
Thanks to srhutch's advice I'm looking for someone that knows how to/has a machine polisher in the Midlands area? Willing to pay/provide beer to anyone kind enough. Would try myself but I believe you need to know what your doing when it comes to machine polishing. Failing that, if anyone could point me in the direction of a decent detailer that wouldn't try and persuade me to have a full re-spray, that would be really appreciated.
