I wish, but local guys asking £250 witch sound way too much for job like this, I could do my sef but I don't have welding machine anymore :(

I wouldn't do it for £250 i would want double that to make and fit another one. If i where you Marius I would snap there hand off at £250. I think there is getting on towards £100 of stainless steel alone.

Shhhhhh, I was planning a grand unveiling ;)

Bit of a bummer about the bumper, but there's plenty of spares about mate. Try to pick up a bargain, do all the cutting and sanding down to make it perfect, then send it off for paint.

Sorry mums the word!!

Yeah i am not to bothered there where loads of scrapes on it from the previous owner any way.

Might make some sort of diffuser any way yet???/

I hear you buddy I wouldn't pay for it!!! That's why I make it all myself... Luckily for me I can.

Seriously Marius take a day off work come make yours with me. Then we will try and fit it in one day... And yes I will want £250 for helping

So i have a few jobs to do this weekend. They are probably / Defiantly going to take longer than one weekend.

I have started using the clay bar set i got for Christmas And i had some wax arrived yesterday. So the zed is going to get a good clean up.

Intertwine doing this i am going to do a DIY spruce up of my wheels. The replica e90 m3 wheels are off. And i picked up some 346 m3 19" wheels a few weeks ago. They are 100% genuine brought them off a nice bloke local to me he had a great garage. Couple of nice looking bikes an e46 m3 for the daily drive and a V10 R8 for weekends!!

But although the wheels are in good shape and tidy they have been painted silver and its just to much on my silver zed! I am planing on getting the nitromorse out stripping the paint. Polishing up the front face and spray the backs and inside of the spokes dark gray. Just like they are supposed to be. If the polishing dose not work they will be all gray!! Then a few coats of clear coat and hopefully a happy monkey.

Wish me luck!!

I hope it goes well. I feel it might be a bit gun ho as the wheels are quite tidy. I just don't like the look of the silver wheels and silver car its almost an exact match!! And they are supposed to be shinny :D

I made up a polishing mop attachment for my angle grinder!!! If all else fails I might have to sneak into work and get them on the big lathe. I would use it but its not in my workshop and I would have to beg!!

Update DON'T try a DIY wheel project!! Loads of hard work crap results so far!! But I am in it up to my neck I will Finnish this!! And I will post pictures tomorrow.
