Ebay bad one of the most annoying things I have ever had to do. It might have been because it was could. I had numb fingers the glue didn't stick. They do look good

Good work Bad wait ill spring and its warmed up.

I have some orders to get out. I will be looking into the heater controls soon.

Looking good! cool low cost mods... i'll probably order a handbrake and shifter knob soon but i'll be annodizing them when i get the i think, going all black for my car.

more info on how you are doing your quad exhaust?

Hi spr

Ok cool be glad to help you out. I am not sure about anodising stainless steel. But I can make them out of aluminium and that would be better. I could do something really cool for you. If I make them out of aluminium I send it for black anodising then engrave the numbers in. That would look amazing.

So mine and Luke's quad exhaust systems are done :) Although the weather has conspired against us by the looks of things. So we might not be able to fit them :( dam weather!!!

Hears how they look anyway

Very interested in seeing the finished product. The tips look great, you may have a market for them.

I will get some pics up But it was a pain in the ass!! I will happily polish up anyone's tips. I will happily make new tips. But i don't think i will offer the quad exhaust. The amount of time it took was unreal probably look at about 30-40 hours.

Maybe offer a quad parts kit: tips and 90* elbow?

I would still consider selling it as it is really expensive aftermarket for non-M's. Eisenmann, Vivid racing etc offer a quad conversion exhaust with 1 silencer (like my set-up) ready to be installed at prices over 2.000 or 2.500 euro... I'll admit though: I got mine for 500 euro all-in and install took about 8 hours.

Maybe i could do something like that a kit that you would have to get fitted yourself?? Any way hear are some pics of the second back box. Its all stainless steel has a flexible section that joins to the pipe out of the original back box and a fully adjustable bracket. I have not tryed it yet its all a bit try it and see at the moment.

Excuse the untidiness it is a prototype after all. Luke all being well buddy your brackets will be made tomorrow. I can send them then.

I would advise a small silencer (like those flexible ones) on the pipe that goes all the way to the tips on the right, otherwise you will get more bass sounds in comparison to the higher sounds. I have noticed that almost all aftermarket models, ready to fit, have this as well. Like this one for example:
