He he thanks you know the way to a Monkeys heart Woody.....

Well get my car running again :headbang: Its getting new gearbox fluid brakes and a good service. Then in the new year strut braces if the style of the alutec ones.

I am having a go at making some sort of front spoiler at lunch.

So had a bit of time this morning. Took an early lunch as i am busy this afternoon. Decided to make some //M type fangs for my standard bumper. I am planing on vinyl warping the very bottom section of my bumper black due to stone chips scraps and bumps. so these should blend in. If that looks pants i will be saving for a respray.

Step one as i left home this morning i drew on to paper the profile of the bumper. I then drew that on to this modeling foam. cut it out and began shaping with a rasp then a file them emery cloth

Step 2 paint simples

I will be seeing how water tight they are after a few more coats of paint. I will be doing all i can to stop water getting at the foam. Any suggestions on how to keep the foam dry greatly received.

A Man with some talent here for sure. 8)

Can't help with the waterproofing I'm afraid unless you could vacuum suction some plastic over it to act as a cover.

Thanks srhutch it comes from wanting to modify and having no money to do it. we the human race are resourceful lot :)

Yeah i was thinking of warping them. But i have painted them a good few times now. I have put a sample piece painted and one non painted in to the sink. even the non painted one is looking ok

So hear they are on the car. Well held in place by a very helpful brick any way. Not sure if they are big enough??? What do you think do they follow the lines of the car??? I am sure you will all let me know. Secondly they are going to have to be painted silver i think. Then its just working out how to attach them!
