Had mad night of insomnia. So have read right through your thread MM. Talk about perseverance. I am so impressed with everything that has been thrown at you and you're still enthusiastic. I too, am looking forward to seeing your zed and hearing it too. Keep up the good work. I think you should have your own MM section on this forum lol

Thats quite a bit of perseverance reading all them pages

Track day tomorrow  Sadly my car is not going

But a mate with a z4 is and he has kindly said i can have a few laps...

Then working all weekend and i shall hopefully have a very exciting update early next week.

So after working from 8.00 - 2.00 Friday evening and from 8.00 - about 30 minutes ago. Plus quite a few before...... The car is in the spray booth ready for paint tomorrow!! Very exciting times  :D

It's gone from a quit rub down and quick respray!! To finding out the pain is rubbish the car has been resprayed before loads of filler for no reason....... So it's now turned into a bare metal respray. I wonder what colour it is going to be???????????

Pictures will be coming in a stage by stage update. Once it's done and once I get more sleep. Night night forum buddies!!!

Well I was hoping to have pictures of a finished car...... But as like always it's not done and is taking much longer. But what is happening will be a really good quality job so not all bad news

Something exciting coming soon monkey fans :)

Hear are a few pictures but i have to be careful not to give too much away.

No over fenders there is not any changes body work wise really. There are not actually that much changing it will just be paint properly. I might be over egging the big reveal.

So hopefully tonight it will be getting the paint finished. And then hopefully tomorrow i evening i will put it back together. And then hopefully Wednesday finished pictures.

Its been so much more work than i thought.I can see why a respray costs so much. This has cost me about £600 with paint materials and building the booth. So mega cheap. Until you work out the hours and the favors i am going to owe Ad my mate helping

Wow Mat, it doesn't seem that long ago my car was in your lockup having the quads done and now your car is being prepped for paint. Looking good so far. Take your time and I'm sure it will look great. Good luck
