Machine Monkey Strikes Again! Cup Holder!

Ok so that's 6 i guess its looking likely. Unfortunately i will have to order some material and pay for the anodizing and i dont get paid till Thursday.

If you 100% sure you want them can you cough up the cash please? PM me if serious i will send you my PayPal details. If you just pay for the actual holder now we can sort out the anodizing cost once done and the price is finalized.

I have a day off tomorrow so if the cash comes in i can go and get the materials needed

So I have had payment for 6 cup holders only. They are all made I will send a few more away to be anodised. Hoping they will sell later. I will do all I can to keep the cost the same but there was not as much interest as I hoped.

Hopefully I will have them back by next Thursday.

I always whack my 2 litre gym bottle in the passenger footwear after the gym and leave in there until the next session so something like that looks ideal for reaching down and grabbing the bottle easy on a drive

Hi Mat, can you please do a pair for me as well?
have a great day!

They would be handy for that yes. If you want 1 - 2 just PM me

I've been watching this thread with interest. I've got a homemade equivalent - black bike bottle carrier on a strip of fairly heavy black plastic that I slide in when I need it. But could be tempted by this more pro looking option :)

Do yours have any flex/springyness in the arm/wraparound bits? The bike bottle thing is sort of springy, so snugly holds a range of bottle/cups without wobbling.

Do they move around at all when installed? Mine holds fairly still, but does move up and down a bit if you pull out/push in something at the larger end of the size spectrum (need a V2 with a longer strip of plastic to fix that).

And lastly - looks like they would interfere with the seat at the furthest forward adjustment?

Ben They are a little flexible. As for the other questions i have no idea i have never used one. I have the factory cup holders witch i think work well. I made these for someone who ask and then others have wanted them. Hopefully someone who has used them can give some honest answers?

Ok these are going to back with me ready to send a week tomorrow.

I have one set left and i also have 2 setters. The trial ones that didn't go so well  They look ok they are not anodized they are just a bit lop sided I will get a picture of them when i get home tonight.

Price £5 to cover material and postage costs.

Ok they arrived back at my mums today. So can you please PM if you have paid and what name it will be under. I have looked through my paypal and only seem to have 4 people who have paid up. I thought there where more I could post the names on hear but some might not like that?

Hi Philip

I might have actually. I have one set someone has asked me to put buy until pay day. And i have another set a guy has been asking about and saying they want them. But they have not paid. I wont name and shame but i also wont PM again as i have a few times and i dont want it to seem like pressure selling. But if they have not paid by lunch time Monday they are yours.

I doubt i will be making any more. Pain and boring to make in big batches  And i have very nearly lost money with the anodizing
