So these will be up for sale again shortly. I have not had time to make these myself nor do i have a CNC lathe. I can make them on a manual machine but it would take forever!! So i have a buddy of mine turning up the blanks at his machine shop. This guy is an engineering legend in my eyes and basically taught me all i know. His work is second to none and dose lots of F1 and scientific research work. The quality will be very high. He is only making the blanks so there is still quite a bit of work for me to do on them. But this is the cheapest way of me doing it. I have had to order quite a few blanks to make it cost effective ( so i hope some of you want them!!)

I will be offering a few options first off aluminum and stainless steel either laser etched or engraved 5-6 speed. £45 delivered

I can and will also do custom stuff anodizing at additional cost. And any laser etched design to your specification. £45 delivered + additional work

I hope to have them in the next few weeks obviously additional work will take longer.

I could possibly be doing the matching handbrake handle and radio knobs to special request

Matt, great news. I'll take a plain polished rounded knob please (love the smooth feel!!) and a handbrake and radio knobs if I can.

Let me known the damage and I'll ping you the cash.

Hi Stu

No bother at all as soon as i get them in i will take a few pictures and you can chose stainless or aluminum. Probably looking around £95 all in.

MM please mark me down for a 5 Speed Gear Knob & Handbreak Sleeve when your producing. PM your preferred payment method and I'll get you the cash..

How much do these weigh compared to a Storm knob or a standard knob? (Oo er)

I'm tempted by a rounded stainless steel with 6 speed engraving for my E89 if they'll fit? Any more detailed shots?

No idea how much they weigh the stainless ones are heavy!! As for a rounded one and engraved I don't do that it's too much like a storm. If that's what you want go for one of there's they are very good

As of yet I am not sure about an E89 must try them out.

I am hopeless at taking a picture  I was hopping some guys who had them before would post some.

Well if someone can confirm fitting is that same between older and new models, I'd quite like to go for a plain rounded stainless steel one please.

I'll be your E89 guinea pig if you like although I don't know how I could help?

If you can get the gear knob off and measure the shaft! So weird saying this stuff on hear!! I should be able to help and a picture. Or if your near Oxford we can gave a test fit?

I'll measure my shaft and take a photo of it for you then. I just need to figure out how to get it off. Phnarr.

I can't see why the fitting would be any different though.

Hi Matt,

Ive been waiting for this post for ages!!! :poke: Glad i haven't missed it!!

Can i take a brushed stainless steel, flat top, 6 speed please along with a hand brake lever!?

Also as a show of respect for your craftsmanship, can you etch in your logo/avatar on the rear side? So where your palm would sit if changing up a gear?

Thanks

Pat

Ok great there is some interest. Once they arrive and i have them i will post on hear and sort out payment and postage details. I have 15 stainless and 15 aluminum coming i will send a few off for anodizing. What i think i will have to do is engrave and laser etch them to order so there might be a week or 2 turn around.

I'll have a stainless 5 speed knob and handbrake lever please.

When do you want a PP payment? Think I still have your email from the exhaust tips

Cheers
