yes, we are hydrodipping rollover hoops, mirror covers, dash and engine bay parts in various finishes

yes, got a deep scratch on one of my roll hoop covers.

also, i have the brushed aluminium dash inserts so they would need smoothing first i take it?
 
I guess it depends on the agreed price, but yes, the parts are rubbed down to remove any contamination by the workshop
 
I remember seeing this a few years ago on here where a member sent the bits to Italy to be "Dip Printed" as he called it.

Im having the following done in same effect as ranski's mirrors:

Engine covers x 2 with stripes & BMW lettering in red
Air filter cover
Fuse box cover

Front slam panel in gloss black

will be getting water bottle & roll over hoops done later.
 
Mirrors fitted - although I managed to scratch one of them while refitting the glass

wouldn't surprise me, i think a lot of the mainstream car manufacturers have also been using for a long time too.

I'm always impressed with the results of this every time i see it done. apparently you can do pretty much everything so may be a nice way to tart up some wheels with carbon effect?
